Friends In Action is a program that provides case management and family mentoring to families in need. Friends In Action provides training to create a network of people from different faiths and backgrounds to provide caring outreach to families in our community. Volunteers are connected in a supportive, mentoring relationship with a family in need, supported and guided by Interfaith Works professional staff. Mentoring teams work with the families for one year on skills such as parenting, budgeting, home management, and job searches. Our professional team provides supportive services and case management.
