Overview

Interfaith Homes is a scattered-site permanent supportive housing program that serves 31 individuals who previously experienced homelessness in Montgomery County. Clients are housed and provided case management services to connect clients to community resources including mental health and medical services, food, and vocational services. Clients receive support from our team of case managers to empower them to maintain housing and work toward independent housing.

*If you know of someone experiencing homelessness and in need of emergency shelter, please have them contact the Montgomery County Crisis Center, (240) 777-4000, which is open around the clock. More information about the Crisis Center is available on this county page.
