In response to the global public health crisis, Interfaith Works is pleased to announce the opening of The Interfaith Works Hub at Twinbrook, which provides food to families in need in the Twinbrook area.
The Hub is located in the same building as the Interfaith Works Clothing Center at 751 Twinbrook Parkway, Rockville. Interfaith Works wants to thank the Montgomery County Government, Department of Health and Human Services, The COVID-19 Food Security Task Force, and the Latino Health Initiative for grants to support this project, the eighth hub in the county.
The Hub serves as the primary receiving, inventory, and packaging center for delivering items to families and those in need in the Twinbrook Area.
The Hub needs volunteers every Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. to help with packing food boxes, distributing food, and possibly delivering meals to those who are unable to leave their homes.
Please reach out to us at email@example.com if you are interested in volunteering.
