The Interfaith Network of Montgomery County (INMC) is a public-private partnership between the Montgomery County Faith Community Advisory Council (FCAC) and Interfaith Works (IW). The FCAC was created to respond to the needs and concerns of faith communities, working collaboratively with government, non-profits and community organizations on an interfaith basis. IW was founded in 1972 by a group of faith leaders united in their commitment to combat poverty and homelessness in Montgomery County.
