Interfaith Works, as a member of the Montgomery County Interagency Commission on Homelessness (ICH), is collaborating with community partners to end chronic homelessness in Montgomery County in 2018. The campaign is known as “Inside (Not Outside).”

Interfaith Works’ programs are part of the solution, providing permanent supportive housing to men and women who have experienced chronic homelessness. Chronic homelessness is defined as someone who has lived on the streets for one year or longer or has had at least four episodes of homelessness in the last three years (totaling one year), and has a disability.

Would you like to be part of the solution too? Put together a welcome basket of home essentials so our new residents can feel at home. A flyer describing how to create a basket is here. Please share it!

Or you can support this effort financially here.
